Sleep tests can be performed at a Sleep Laboratory (In-Lab) or at home. Home sleep tests can be more convenient and comfortable for patients. Our doctor can discuss with you if a home sleep test is the right choice.

We can order a home sleep test for you or we can order an In-Lab test depending on your symptoms and preference.

Home sleep tests are non-invasive and require using a lot less equipment than at a laboratory. Nevertheless, they are not for everybody. 

If an In-Lab sleep test is indicated we can issue a prescription. You can use this at your nearest sleep laboratory or at our affiliated sleep laboratory (we can assist you with finding one if you would like).

Our home sleep test service includes shipping, data analysis and interpretation.
